PODIUMPUBLIK.CO.ID – History, besides being called the past events, can also be called reincarnation of events or repetition of events. Meaningful events that have occurred have reappeared. The only difference is the actor, time and place. However, the substance of the event is the same, even though the storyline is not exactly the same.
History is formed by people who take action in their era (perpetrators), they do what they believe is right. They are historical architecture, and shape it with joy and sorrow. Learning history will increase knowledge, and take positive things from that event.
The dualism fact of the leadership of the HMI Branch of Langsa that appears today, genetics is not new. The event of this model has occurred on the historical stage of the HMI Branch of Langsa in the decade of 2000-2001 ago. The root of dualism can be traced and explored. Historically, this was important to learn and found the passion and passion behind the event. Every event is always related to the times, both ideas, motivations and expectations.
Dualism is not an elegant expectation in the organization, but dangerous behavior. This behavior is dangerous for the future, even though the contestation creates a new resolution and enthusiasm. However, it is not directly proportional to the damage to academic, constitutional and pessimistic morals.
Dualism, the essence is conflict, because there is a charge that is not accommodated, whether it is procedures, ideas, desires and expectations. Often dualism is born from the freezing of thinking and the cessation of positive energy. The impact of the organization was stagnation, and even decreased organizational optimism.
Dualism has taught us how bad behavior is, as happened in the HMI Branch of Langsa in the past. Dualism, like the fire, while the smoke is; Visit the Secretariat with Anger, Seize Assets, Report Police, Psychological Tensions, Pessimism, and almost Physical Duel.
The genetics dualism of the HMI leadership of the Langsa Branch took place at the end of Ray Iskandar’s leadership as General Chairperson. The leadership transition is frozen, Conference Energy branches run aground due to deadlock. The freezing thinking gives birth to group energy. Solidity is divided like not you, so is its orientation. The reconciliation effort which was initiated was foundered in kilometers, the Aceh HMI Coordinator went home without success in an integrative mediation effort.
Although the PB HMI finally recognized the leadership version of the demision, but the inauguration of Sanusi Ilyas and T.Syafrizal respectively as Chair and General Secretary, took place in an atmosphere of tension and debate. Dualism is not a commendable behavior, the achievement is solidity. And “bridge” is better than “wall”. Bridge is better than wall, building bridges is better than building walls. Academic people must be academic, both their mindset, attitude and behavior. May dualism morph to unification, trust HMI. (*)
